¶ Feature description
This feature allow to send automatic email notifications based on the % Completed field value on each Map Places.
Each Map Place into a Map that is configured to have a Crowdfunding form in his presenter ( in case of Som Comunitats Instance it means that Presenter (cm_place.placepresenter_model_id) = "CE Per Activar" ), when it receives a new submission record, it increase the value of the % Completed field into the Crowdfunding tab:
This feature allow to configure, at Map level, different % Completed target values (ex: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). When any Map Place reach any of those % target values, Odoo will send several email notifications to all the people related the Map Place submissions, and also to a list of Instance admin users. It allow also to personalize the notification email templates to use per each different % Completed target value, and in addition, per each % Completed target value also allow to define different email templates to be used to notify to:
- the people related the submissions that are identified as leaders
- the people related the submissions that are identified as NO leaders
- the selected Instance admin users.

¶ Functional Configuration
To configure this feature you must proceed to fill this table and fields placed on tab Admin notifications at Map level:

Notification requests : a line per each % Completed target value you want to trigger a set of notifications:
- Percentatge: the % Completed target value that will trigger the notifications when any Map Place reach it.
- Notify Admins: if True will proceed to send the notifications to Instance admin users. Will use the email template defined in field Template admins.
- Notify target submissions: if True will proceed to send the notifications to the people related the submissions that are identified as leaders. Will use the email template defined in field Template target submissions.
- Notify target submissions: if True will proceed to send the notifications to the people related the submissions that are identified as NO leaders. Will use the email template defined in field Template submissions.
Note: you must manually create those email templates and then assign it to those fields. The templates in column Template admins must be related to model cm_place (Map Place). The ones related to Template target submissions and Template submissions to model crm_lead (Map Submissions). Here some examples from the Som Comunitat Instance:

Admins to notify: Select here the list of Instance admin users to be notified using the Template admins email templates

Metadata values: On Som Comunitats Instance, the Crowdfunding form placed on each Map Place Presenter, have a question asking to the people witch level of commitment will have to contribute on the growing of the related Energy Community. This question have 4 possible commitment responses to select: low, medium, high & leadership. When the people sumbit the form, the selected value is saver on the Submission (crm_lead) under the metadata key ce_member_implication:
On this Metadata values, field you must list (separated by ',' ) the values you want to be taken in consideration to qualify the Submissions as "leader" or ones. In the avobe screenshot example "high,leadership". When you update this field, after save the changes, Odoo will proceed to set the field Target lead as True for all the related Submissions (the ones with high OR leadership as values for the matadata key ce_member_implication):
All the submissions with Target led = True will receive the email notifications related to the Template target submissions email templates and the ones with Target led = False will receive the email notifications related to the Template submissions email templates.
¶ How to use this feature
This feature runs automatically and only need to set the above functional configuration.
Each time that any Map Place reach one of the defined % Completed target value ( lines in the Notification requests table explained above) Odoo will proceed to send the set of notifications for the Instance admin Users and to each one of the Submissions related to this Map Place (distinct between leader and not leader submissions).
Once a set of notifications is done, Odoo is recording at Map Place level (tab Admin Notifications) a record into this table in order to know that the notification for this concrete % Completed target value have already been done :
There is a MANUAL option to force the notification on Map Place ( or a grup of selected Map Places) by selecting it and using this Action item:
You would like to use it in case you have manually changed the % Completed field value of any Map Place and want to force the sending of the correspondent notifications acordingly.
